My experience was amazing , Craig was wonderful and went up and beyond for my little one after I brought my experience with the sportee cups to his attention. This brand is my son’s favourite, I’ll definitely keep supporting tommee tippee :) I can’t thank Craig enough for what he has done and how kind he has been.
The best experience I've had ordering a c-pap machine, 5 days, start to finish. The travel machine is great, thank God I have it as the local company handling my regular machine order is an ongoing mess for over a month now. Thank you for your service and providing such a great machine in a very timely manner.
The person I spoke to did not answer my question until I reminded them of my original question. The automated system asks questions then those questions are repeated when you message with a human - feels like a waste of my time.
I was not impressed with the initial process of asking for assistance with placing order for new AirMini with full face Capp. For 2 calls “salesperson will call you back in 24-48 grout’s. 3 call after placing online order myself, I received an email stating need prescription with Doctor’s Name and #of months” They did not even see the 8/24 prescription my doctor had already faxed overI attached and email prescription and original request from sleep therapy doctor of what I needed (machine and settings). After 3wks finally received AirMini call back for assistance to rest air pressure, I received email to have my doctor or mail back for to Resmed. Received AirMini $1121. By 9/12 before 9/17 trip. I am very happy with size. If you can lower price and lower or quiet the sound of machine, return calls to customers in a timely manner is my only improvement requested.Just FYI: I looked on YouTube which only took my 5 minutes to change air pressure. I will say machine was delivered fast.
