Wonderful experience! Resmed followed me through the entire process to ensure everything was in properly and that I understood the product. Easy set up- easy use. Great small footprint and perfect for constant travel! For anyone who travels constantly, I would highly recommend.
I really like the fit and finish of my Ultimate T10! After about 2 weeks it developed a spoke or possibly a bearing noise on the front wheel. I took it back to the shop 2 times to get it fixed. The first time they adjusted the spokes which did not help. The second time they pulled the hub apart and greased it and the noise has diminished alot. I do not know why the hub of a brand new bike would need greased, but they said that this lack of attention was not uncommon. I still like my bike and am keeping my fingers crossed that this noise issue gets resolved quickly and that I can enjoy it for a long time to come.

Outstanding customer service! I ordered a mask using the sizing tool. Despite lots of time spent making adjustments the mask just would not seal. I called ResMed Shop to see about exchanging it for a different mask; because we were going to be leaving on a trip I asked about buying a different mask then getting credit for the returned mask. They said no need for that, immediately sent a different mask with expedited shipping and a return authorization for the mask that didn't fit. When I called, I got to speak to a person alost immediately, and the representatives I spoke to were very helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. Very rare these days.

Also, the Bosch system and batteries they use on their eBikes are widely used by many high quality eBike brands given the power and reliability.
