Terrible customer service.

Machine is not reliable

Machine is not reliable. The volume of water is not correct. It is really an issue an can cause problems to the babies. I contacted the manufacturer and first they said that the machine is ok and after that said that I should sort out with the retailer and bear all the shipment and taxes cost. I do not recommend, their assistance is terrible

Actually i am so so disappointed

Actually i am so so disappointed , i bought a Sterilizer , and it isn't working , and we opened it we found that 1 cable is disconnected , I bought this new device !! But basic quality checks wasn't made , and actually i won't buy or recommend this brand to anyone !!

I purchased three trainer cups

I purchased three trainer cups. Only one lid lined up with the handles. I called the 800 number. She said if I send a picture she would send three new cups. I am waiting for there arrival. Hopefully they are correct.
