I purchased 2 packs of the silicone pacifiers recently and the same day I noticed my 18 month old was able to bite through the pacifier. He bit 3 of them to the point the nipple was hanging off. This is so dangerous and I can't even begin to describe my anger. He has used EVERY brand of pacifiers and this has NEVER happened. I reached out for support and was not adequately responded to by an auto bot message system that could not help. DO BETTER AND I AM JUST GLAD MY CHILD DID NOT CHOKE ON YOUR PRODUCT

I put in a request for new bottles as my bottles after 1 month lost all of the lettering…. They then cancelled my claim because they said they emailed me needing further information, which I did not receive!! Very frustrating!
