Process was super easy. Resmed worked directly with my Doctor to get the prescription correct. Shipping was quick and include a tracking. The overall process was efficient. I’m happy so far.

Thank you for being able to get the CPAP, unit right out, I have been struggling with mine for months waiting for a replacement and just couldn't wait any longer.It was an expense I really didn't want , but in the end it works great, sleep has been so much better, and will certainly make travel with a CPAP so much easier.

Thank you for your prompt replacement of the headgear/nosepiece design that will work better than the original design I received with the air mini. I am grateful for your kindness and prompt attention to this need.I am having trouble fitting the nosepiece into the msk/headgear and requested a phone call for assistance. I was given today at 10:00 to receive this call. However, no one called me today to give me this help.What should be my next step to learn how to put the nosepiece into the mask?

Air flow too high
