I am giving the ResMed Shop a 5-star rating for quality products and wonderful customer service. I am a new CPAP machine user and I love my ResMed machine. I ordered the travel model for an upcoming trip to Europe. However, the travel model did not work out for me and after two weeks of experimenting, I returned it. ResMed Shop gave me a full refund without any hassle. I wish all companies operated like ResMed.

Toddler chewed through tops

I contacted customer service because both sport bottles had been chewed through by my toddler in a few months (despite being marketed as “chew proof”). The customer service I received on the phone was great; the rep told me she would send me replacements right away. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to follow up twice via email before I received notice that they were sending the replacements. They arrived promptly and I really appreciate a company that stands by their products. I will continue to buy from them.

Prescription problems

I ordered an AirMini, adding my prescription information, and expected a prompt response and delivery. Unfortunately, the prescription wording and style was not completely acceptable to the processing team, creating delays in delivery. Ultimately, after multiple emails, a direct conversation with one of the Respiratory Therapists was required. The discussion was helpful in resolving the confusion. I think that a direct discussion prior to rejecting an order would have been helpful. Regardless, the processing of the order was excellent, the delivery was prompt, and the follow-up after the delivery has been good. For me, this product is easier to use than the Airsense. It is less complicated to wear, and it provides a good sleep assessment program for the iPhone. I wanted to use it for travel, and it will be much more useful, in that regard.
