The customer service department is horrible my baby almost choked to death on a pacifier and they were not helpful at all ! They didn’t even understand what I was saying about the pacifiers or what product it was! I contacted the Better Business Bureau!
I waited for an extremely long time on the website attempting to chat about resolving my issue. The chat was dormant for so long that I left it. It took a while (days) for someone to get back to me, apparently related to information left on the chat. The communication was an emaiI that stated they had previously emailed but I never received any communication even in my spam folder. I purchased another product that I feel is better. I likely wouldn't buy a TommeeTippee product again.
You guys have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced.I have messaged your team on Facebook, Instagram and on your website. I have waited weeks and can't get ONE response or even an agent. It's insane to me that such a well-known company can have such bad customer service. I will definitely be thinking twice next time I purchase any of your products.
The product worked great until two small important parts of the gears and blade went missing. I sent the missing parts list and photo diagram to customer service and after weeks of back and forth emails they finally respond and say they cannot replace the two small parts. I will not buy another Tommee Tippee product again now and will not recommend to others. This is extremely unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoyed the product before the small parts went missing. In the future I hope the company is more helpful to other customers to replace missing or broken parts of their products. Thank you, Jessica
