I needed a portable CPap machine for upcoming travel to Europe. I researched machines and liked my brand and use ResMed for that brand. I researched machines online, called ResMed and they had an order from the supplier that had just come in. They held my order awaiting my physician prescription, they talked. me through the differences between what I have and this mini, and it arrived in 5 days from the phone call. And they had a special bundled price. Only negative, and not their fault, insurance doesn't over a 2nd device.

I was super disappointed to learn about the very short warranty on this product. It was expensive and I was able to provide all receipts and proof of purchase and I wasn’t even offered the option of paying for a replacement part. I will NOT recommend this product to any friends and will be sharing this negative experience.
Planning to go overseas & was suggested to seek out Air Mini. Trying to do an online order was quite difficult. After spending time getting into the website, finally connected with a person. All good, but then get to shipping, and not to my state. It would be a huge help to have that kind of information way upfront instead of wasting my time & your team.
Generally satisfactory with a few bumps. I carefully followed instructions and e-mailed the required prescription. After a few days, received message that a prescription was never received. Sent it again. This time received but rejected (lacked statement of length of treatment). Finally wrote my own prescription (I'm a doctor) as efforts to contact my Sleep MD were unsuccessful. But when I called customer service about these problems, they were polite, helpful, followed up, and generally did a model job. All well in the end.
