Jenna was great she helped me very fast with all the problems I was having today. I have had the Tommee Tippee double electric breast pump for 2 years now and have loved it and the customer service has been amazing every time I have needed it.

Not Worth the Money

Not Worth the Money – Poor Quality & Customer ServiceThese pumps are absolutely not worth the money. They leak constantly, and the suction is strange. The only way to control the pumps is through your phone, but the Bluetooth connection is unreliable.I might have been able to overlook these issues if customer service was responsive—but they’re completely unhelpful and never answer. I ended up buying these in a pinch after breaking my Elvie Stride pumps (which are amazing, by the way). Unfortunately, these were the only ones available in my small town that day, and I was heading back to work that week. Looking back, I wish I had just used my manual pump and ordered the Elvie Strides instead.Save yourself the frustration—skip these and go for the Elvie Stride. At least their customer service actually responds!
