I reached out to customer service about a different size bill for my pump, and they were able to order me the size I needed with ease. Much appreciated! And I was able to communicate over a few days, because sometimes having a little one you forget to reply to things, and get easily distracted! So thankful for that!
The CSR (Veve) needs complete training. I inquired about a missing 109-INT form from 2022, due to a letter received from the IRS. She said that they don't have access to those and that I would "need to consult a tax professional" to get a copy of my Raisin account 1099-INT. This response is inaccurate, inexcusable and reflects very poorly on a financial company such as Raisin.
love the higher interest rates but not the change that forces 2 steps to move money in and out of my accounts. If I find other savings websites that give me good rates and not the hassle I will move my money. I also no longer recommend this like I used to.
They make it very easy to invest and without harassment, offer additional products when an account matures (this is in contrast to Bread who seem happy to let you go - best marketing practice goes to Raisin.) I did have one problem but Customer Service was responsive and when I continued unsatisfied and asked it to be escalated to a manager, it was and the manager solved the issue. So refreshing to not have people just reading from a script! So I remain a fan of Raisin.
