Had trouble with a couple leaking lids from the non-leak proof line. Jade, Anna and Debbie were very prompt and helpful with the trouble I was having. The process was fairly simple. I enjoyed the quick responses and not waiting ex B-days for further responses. Overall very happy with the customer service.
They have the best care specialists they make sure you are taken care of if you need anything replaced with any of the cups they have I will continue to use the sippy cups for my children because I know if I ever need assistance they will help me the best they can thank you for the best customer service!
Raisin is a great site. It helps people look for the most recent CDs offered, and it organizes the "products" (CDs, etc) in a way that makes them easy to review. The dashboard is intuitive, simple, and helps you keep track of everything. The site gives you reminders about expirations and reports. I am so glad I found Raisin!
There are several things that I really like about world of books that is different from other companies. They seem to pay more, also they accept more than 1 copy of each book, they make it easy to get paid. I also like that their website is easy to navigate.
