Unknowledgeable CSRs

The CSR (Veve) needs complete training. I inquired about a missing 109-INT form from 2022, due to a letter received from the IRS. She said that they don't have access to those and that I would "need to consult a tax professional" to get a copy of my Raisin account 1099-INT. This response is inaccurate, inexcusable and reflects very poorly on a financial company such as Raisin.

Great customer service

Had to contact customer service as I was finding a black line on my older model anti colic valve stems and was inquiring about replacing them so they were safe for my baby! Rowan informed me they were an older model and no longer made them. Out of great will of the company they will be replacing with new bottles! Rowan went above and beyond and we will continue to use and recommend tommee tippee products!

I have been looking for milk storage…

I have been looking for milk storage lids for my babies Tommee Tippee bottles and having a hard time finding them available. I contacted customer service and was helped by Dee and Rowan. (Rowan is my babies name!) They helped me tremendously by having some sent to me!

So left Raisin awhile back

So left Raisin awhile back. As others have mentioned something is not quite right. Besides the problems with customer service...just reaching a real live human would be nice...I always had the feeling they would be shut down at any moment. Not a good feeling. As a rule...pass through accounts should be avoided.

Trying to open and account is the most…

Trying to open and account is the most ridiculous experience I've ever had online. Every time I key in my SS number and Zip Code the system changes each by one digit, rendering my information invalid. I've called customer service who suggested trying to sign up on my desktop computer rather than my phone. Tried that with the same result. Completely useless.Update: I contacted the support team and the representative was able to clear the sign up form. I was then able to sign in. Funny that the representative told me this has never happened before and told me that if my input kept getting rejected he said I couldn’t sign up for Raisin. (As if I was lying to him) ?!? I told him that I have programmed web sites and forms for a living and there was probably a code error on their end. (Why would I lie to sign up for that site?) 🤷‍♂️
