I bought tickets and just a few hours later, after I had already received my e-ticket, the flight was cancelled. It would be much better if you could check ticket availability before charging a customer, so people don’t spend hours thinking their travel plans are confirmed only to find out they’re not. Now I’m waiting for a refund and I really hope there won’t be any issues with that.
They sold me a wrong ticket to other destination. When I called them trough the phone and I explained the situation they just told hung me up. I called again to the other number provided and they also hung me up after explaining the situation.
Worst booking site ever! Don’t ever book through this or you will lose not only your money but also your patience! They couldn’t find my booking and refused to cancel a booking made within 1 hour! AND the customer service was TERRIBLE!! The reps would just end chats mid sentence or just hang up on you try to contact the customer service number. It is not worth it!! DONT EVER USE BUDGETAIR!!!
