First of all it’s the price and then the ease of booking and the payment. I went and checked your website and it looks really cool. The only thing I didn’t like was that the website said that the confirmation of E-Ticket might take 2-3 days which made me a bit worried, but I got it in a few minutes. Please make that waiting for E-Ticket 2-3 hours instead of days.
Poor. Booked a flight via budget air but the air line cancelled the flight, and that was not reflected on budget air portal. There is no contact number for users to call budget air for a change of flight either, and all online chat bots were busy, neither was budget air able to help regarding refunds, or insurance claims. Book at ones own risk.
Takes forever to receive my e-ticket. I booked this morning and still haven’t received the ticket. Update: 09/10/25 the e-ticket was issued later that night on 09/04/25. Not as soon as I had liked, but at least it was done. I had received a feedback from Budget Air, they had expressed concerns after reading my review. Kudos for following up on their customer’s complaint.
