One way e-ticket for round trip booking

I booked a round trip ticket with ID BCA-8582651 but the e-ticket I received only mentioned my return ticket.Update: I got another mail with both my tickets after some time. This is surely a confusing CX.

Fast and easy booking

I tried to book a ticket on an Airline’s website, but it was difficult. The airline seems to be having technical issues and I couldn’t make payment. After some days, I decided to try and get the same ticket from the same Airline through Budget Air because it was listed as one of the booking options. Budget Air made everything fast and easy and I finished booking and making payment in a few minutes.
