You can't add baggage to your booking

Deceitful cancellation policy

Deceitful cancellation policy. Didn't realize I was dealing with a third party so when I found out I had the wrong time for my flight and couldn't cancel even though it was within the 24hr window... annoyed with them and disappointed with myself. Won't use again considering I was only saving $20.

The flight was cancelled and no proper communication either from budgetair or airlines. Airlines doesn’t take responsibility since it is booked in budgetair . At the end we passengers have to suffer. Never book with budgetair or Airindia or airindia express.
