Review Time
I wanted to write regreting did booking through this company and i will spread this bad experience with in google and other any review for airlines. The booking has been doent through the company and now i have to stay 4 days in airport in Duabai, the customer service is not providing answer in timely manner and its not providing answer what the client reqeusting for. Its a horrible experience and even i called the number which has written in the tickeket speaking in Chiness and there is no English option.
I booked a flight and payment got charged. Found out next day that they failed to book my flight. Booked another one the next day for the EXACT same flights and got charged again just to find out it failed again the next day. Why promise to book and charge money when you can’t get a flight booked? I got credited back, but it’s just annoying that they let me do the same flights twice and failed to book.
Was pretty easy to book although when I clicked on the budgetair link from google and it took me to the main booking page and it changed the original booking dates that I had chosen, leading me to book the wrong flight dates. That is my fault, I should have double checked but when I called to make it right and she informed me that it was nonrefundable and proceeded to try to rebook me for the most expensive flight back home. Nowhere when I booked did it say that it was non refundable or else I would not have booked it. Not to mention I was already stuck in Florida because my flight had been cancelled and had to pay an extra night at the hotel, extra night for the car rental, and purchase the correct flight back home. If someone can please contact me to discuss a refund that would be greatly appreciated. It is only $80 I assume yall can spare that more than I.
This is the worst flight reservation system. No phone or email support. If you book through BudgetAir, the airline refuses to help you because BudgetAir does not give you the email and phone info of the third-party agent through which it books the flight! In other words, you won't be able to do pick meal type or avail wheelchair assistance. I spent 5 hours on call with airline and middle tier agents --- absolutely no help!!
