Easy-to-navigate website.Too many additional fees for add-ons.Update: Decided to cancel the flight with BudgetAir less than 8 hours after booking due to the horrible online reviews. I was charged $120 for each ticket, which I consider a poor business practice and a ridiculous service charge. BudgetAir has achieved and deserves each of its poor online reviews. Next time, I will directly book with the airline to avoid this problem. Please read BA reviews before booking!
The worst experience ever. Do not book with this company as it is a fraud. My flight was cancelled two weeks before the departure without any explanation and I had to re book pay money again and they never refund me the thousaunds I paid as it was an intercontinental flight. They do t have a phone number, they dont have customer service. And apparently their centre is in Netherlands. One monthe has past and I am still wasting time to receive my refund by sending emails to which nobody replies.
I needed to cancel my flight which is allowed within 24 hours under Federal law and it pushed me to a chat and they wouldn't even acknowledge the law, I will tell everyone this site is a scam. I even said please explain to me why this isn't covered under the law and they could only refer to their website. They eventually kicked me out of the chat because I kept asking them to help me understand.
