Hi, I booked a flight for two passengers about 30 minutes ago. Till checkout, the price and itinerary were correct, and I paid $544 total. However, the confirmation email shows an incorrect itinerary and higher fare. Details:Booked itinerary: Delhi → Kuala Lumpur → BengaluruEmail itinerary: Round trip to Delhi (incorrect)Price shown in email: $741 instead of $544I was already speaking with someone named Parmeet about this, but the chat got disconnected. Seconds after booking i realized my dates were wrong and i immediately contacted support and i get disconnected about 5 times and it takes hours before i can get connected with a representative who tells me i need to wait hours for a call from a manager which i never received. The customer service is very slow, inefficient, and the ai chatbot is very poor quality. I have yet to be helped and im not sure if ill be getting any.
