I am a happy owner of the Engwie P20 and I needed assistance for the flywheel that made a small noise while pedaling, a noise that many others would not have heard. I interfaced with the assistance via email which is very efficient and quick in responding and providing solutions. They sent the new part to an authorized Engwie workshop in Milan in via Mc Mahon which carried out the replacement quickly and everything under warranty. I recommend the Engwie brand for the excellent products and for the friendly, precise and quick assistance received.
