I had a fantastic experience with Engwe. The e-bike performs beautifully — solid build quality, great battery life, and very comfortable to ride, even on longer trips. What impressed me the most, though, was the customer service: fast, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable e-bike and a company that truly cares about its customers.
The bike is awesome. Well built, attractive and the price is great. However, the assembly instructions were not very helpful. Thankfully I have the ability to understand the mechanics. Some don’t. In their defense, the assembly instructions should be more specific. That’s why I give 4 stars instead of 5.
I am new at this sport,just got my M20 ebike about a month ago but sofar i am very happy with it.I will order a second battery to give me greater range.Engwe has a great customer support.I had many questions after i had it assembled and everytime i asked a question the next day i had a reply from them.Exelent customer support.
After a short period of use, I can say that the L20 model is truly a strong and durable bike. Its practical design makes it ideal for daily use. The response speed of the customer service and their willingness to help with anything is truly admirable.If I decide to buy another bike in the future, ENGWE will definitely be my choice again.
