I'm really happy with my LE20 and the…

I'm really happy with my LE20 and the customer service is super helpful whenever I have a question or something is not working properly. I had an issue with the display (could not reach the legal top speed of 25 km) and they send me a new one straight away. Problem solved. I can highly recommend Engwe, they are always trying to find a solution.

This brand is the best

At first, I was afraid to buy my bike from a chinese brand, because my ex bike was from there and I had so much problems. But Engwe, it's been 5 months that I use my bike. There was some small problems and I contacted them to resolve them. They replied very quick with all solutions. They can provide the pieces in question and try to follow it with you.I recommand this brand fully!!!!

LE20 with dual batteries and the…

LE20 with dual batteries and the versatile canvas.I bought my bike a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with it. The gear shifter is not very good and there is quite alot of resistance in the tube. This was not an issue to me personally as I had already planned on a solution with a revoshift with lever because of and old hand injury of mine. I had some clonky noises from the motor but that was the mounting screws that needed some extra torque. Check that your screws are tight! (This is always important when you get a new bike and no particular critique on Engwe) This bike replaces my need for a car and thus is the afforded range essential as well as its cargo capacity. I did ride 160 km on my first charge on PAS5 only, including some really steep hills and I'm very pleased with the performance!High battery capacity doesn't only provide long range but also long charging intervals, making charging safer as you can charge at times of choice, especially with the fast charger. I highly recommend the fast charger!Longer charging intervals means longer battery life span which also translates to the life span of the very bike as well.

Engwe's people are really honest and helpful

Engwe's people are really honest and helpful. you send a mail then you got the answer right on the day after. Really good bike my M20, just if you could put some hydrolic breaks instead cables and a 400 LBS suspender under the saddle and then it would be perfect. Thank u very much

X26 and warranty

I have an X26 which is a great bike. It has had some issues that eventually turned out to be a software issue. Engwe has been very good about the warranty. I have received new parts and instructions and even installation videos. They have been genuinely sorry and have answered me every time. Now the warranty is over but I still got advice when I asked about one thing. Probably the best bike and customer service in the world.

I had some problems with my Engwe E26 bike, I contacted by email Engwe and I was pleasured surprised, they answered fast, asking for photo or video with the problem, and then they told me that they have send the exchage piece for my bike and to expected it in 7-10 days. My surprise was even bigger when the second day DHL came with the package from Engwe and my bike is good again. Thank you Engwe!
