Review Time
I booked this for my daughter as she got a job at a local restaurant that serves alcohol. The online questions were ridiculous, some were just so hard to interpret. When she finally finished, there was a 2 week wait for an online audio assessment. She would have been better just taking a day's course at the local TAFE.Would NOT recommend this company, they don't respond to emails its just not a responsive provider.
Using your website was easy to navigate & the marking was so fast, if I didn’t have other things to do I would have completely the course faster & also the convenience of being able to get back to where you stopped was easy & perfect!!
Easy process, annoying bit upcoming where it's going to be quite hard to book the live audio assessment without paying extra money to fast-track; initial bit is time consuming but no-risk until you reach the next stage where you have 3 months to book a live audio assessment (which I failed to do last time, as available slots are released daily and often filled instantly and my dumbass drifted on with life).
