Not cheap but emergencies never are

Not my first choice but just could not get a plumber out all day, let down by a few other companies! The guy they sent was very quick, very calming, very efficient and tightened everything up and the leak will hopefully not return. £150 call out and £150 for an hour so £300 in total for a five minute job and waiting time to check it was no longer leaking. I justify it with thinking of all the damage there could have been which probably would have exceeded £300. Would highly recommend them if you need assistance fast!!! Not many plumbers it seems want to deal with lead going to a stop tap so pleased they would. Thank you!!

Professional Friendly service

Called early Saturday morning after finding none of our electrical sockets were working and we were unable to work out what was causing the trip switch to turn off. Was advised of cost and that Daniel would be with us in 60 Min. Daniel turned up within that time checked all our sockets and found that it was our Fridge that was causing the problem. Also replaced a broken socket. He was friendly, cleaned up and put things back as he found them.

    Even though our terms and rates are available online, we verbally explain the rates, take a deposit, ask our clients to reply to a text or an email in writing to confirm the agreement including rates over the phone before we start the work. If we don't get a written agreement, our clients can ask for the payment to be voided the same day or a refund any other day.

    Our aim is to raise the quality of service in many individuals with highly trained staff by trying to make sure you don't full prey to potential crooks or unprofessional trades.See more
