The 24 hour helpline answered after just a few rings, they coordinated my emergency burst pipe well with the plumber, they arrived quite fast through some bad traffic. Worked continuously for 2 hours until the problem was found and fixed. Amazing work. Gave us great piece of mind to go back to sleep.
Upstairs bathroom hot water tap suddenly burst a leak randomly around midnight and started flooding the place with water gushing through the ceiling into the downstairs dining room. Called EPHG and plumber Jamie Allen was here in 20 minutes. Made the repairs, gave good advice on avoidance of similar events in the future and was charming with it!
Really impressed with the speed of response and the professional and caring way in which the electrician (Max) undertook the work, explaining carefully to our relative what the issue was and how to correct it. The company is heartily recommended especially if you find yourself to be in an emergency situation.
At 4:00 AM Christmas morning, with water gushing from a burst pipe in the cellar, I phoned APHG for an emergency plumber. Despite the holiday and time of day, a friendly man answered the phone & reassured me they would help. He contacted an emergency plumber. He arrived in an hour, stopped the water and ‘hoovered up’ inches of water from the cellar floor - all finished by 7 AM. Cost was just over £400 twice the normal price because it was Christmas. I was grateful they weee working on the holiday & could help.
