We had a water leak in the early hours. We rang and Kieran answered. He gave us time to explain what was happening and reassurance that a plumber would come out to us. Lee arrived in the time they gave us and managed to stop the leak. He is friendly and due to his calm nature, made a stressful situation easier to deal with. Thanks very much. Louise from Lowton.
The person who took the call was well-organised and got a local plumber to me very quickly. The plumber, who arrived promptly, was very competent and tracked down the source of the leak which was not at all easy. He kept me informed throughout and asked permission before doing anything - like breaking a hole through the tiling and plasterboard to reach the leaking pipes so he could cap them, stop the leak and turn the water on again. He waited for a while to check the solution had worked and told me to call him day or night if the problem returns. He did not stop even for an drink until everything was fixed and he was just waiting to check it worked. Delightful Polish man, very polite, I could not have asked for a better plumber.
I needed a plumber to attend to a tap that wouldn’t turn off. I was quoted £150 for the call out charge and £150 per hour for the plumber. That’s £300 for one plumber for one hour. I’ll let the readers of this review decide wether that’s exploitation or value for money.

I had an urgent problem with a water leak. They sent a guy round (Usman Yousaf) within 2 hours of my call. He was polite and efficient. He identified the problem very quickly and fixed it. That is all you want in a situation like that.
