I am surprised about the quality/price of your products, so far rather good.
The costumer service is simply inexistent.
Communication is what make humans humans. You are failing at the very foundation of a business. Improve that and your business will rocket, because you have a competitive product.
How is it possible you don't have a hot line to contact you with any questions/issues that may and in fact do come up?!
I made a very expensive purchase as a leap of faith as there was no one at the end of the line to clear my doubts about the product, in fact I emailed you twice with a very simple technical enquiry about a radiatory and never heard back from you.
Then we have the issue with the delivery.
It took you almost a week the first time I purchased taps, and more than that the second time I bought a few radiators to dispatch the items!!!
Guys, we are in Europe, in the XXI century. Hire more personnel, seriously, you can't do that, this is not in Africa, here things happen fast, for good or bad.
I'm VERY sad to have to give you 2 stars, because you have a good thing there but something is just not working.

Received shower handsets that differed from the photos on their website. Requested many times for the product number that matched a photo of the items received so I could return and get the correct ones but my questions were not answered. I also received a tap with a manufacturing flaw. It was eventually replaced at no charge after numerous emails were exchanged. Wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
I ordered a product from the Internet site which as stated as not being available until a certain date. When the date came I had an email to say the two products had been dispatched and a couple of days later they arrived.
