DO NOT EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT IF YOU WANT **PEACE** IN LIFE. Why there's no negative rating? I'd give -5 start. They are the coldest blood people, do not listen to a customer once their bullshit product is sold, no f__in customer service, no warranty benefits, no services, they don't care, they dont reply to x.com, they dont reply to your emails calls and what not.
Poor service as I have been without clean drinking water for the past month now...repeated calls and chats to customer service is of no use at all!! Only promises and assurances are the only thing you get from them and no action whatsoever.I will never recommend anyone to buy from Eureka Forbes as I had done a grave mistake buying one!!
not attending our queries. the worst service. I think they are drowsy. unfit for selling in Croma shop B.M.Road in Hassan. If not possible to attend and repair vacuum cleaner please dont sell in our place. money wasted. worst service. get out from Hassan. Even single star does not suits you
I have lodged a service complain 6 days back and even after repeated calls to customer care there is no positive result. When I asked about the reason for delay, they are clueless. They make only big promises but no result. Simply worthless bunch of people. I would recommend not to buy Eureka Forbes products.
Don't but any product from eureka Forbes. Their service is very very bad. No one responds properly. The customer care executives do not have any authority to escalate your complaint. I purchased my Aquaguard through eureka forbes website only. The installation was scheduled but no body came to install it for more than 36 hours even after complaining 10+ times on the numbers provided. Do not buy the products from Eureka Forbes. They have the worst sevice providers.
Booked service for water purifier not working. Technician came, but since there was no water pressure he said he'll get pump next day but then my Ticket got cancelled at own stating the read that door is locked which is false as there's a new born at home. So mom and baby doesn't go anywhere. Then second message received that I cancelled the appointment, which is again false as why will I cancel it. Whereas we need water purifier to be repaired asap.
Never ever buy anything from Eurekha Forbes they just doing scams, by taking the customers money and time they will give us free service visit but they never turn their back to see us, after completing of free service they will visit and charge the thrice the amount this is a very useless organisation don't waste your money
