Never ever buy anything from Eurekha Forbes they just doing scams, by taking the customers money and time they will give us free service visit but they never turn their back to see us, after completing of free service they will visit and charge the thrice the amount this is a very useless organisation don't waste your money
"The service provided was utterly unacceptable and far below even the most basic standards. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction is extremely disappointing. This worst experience is causing significant inconvenience and reflects a serious failure in their service delivery.
Poor service as I have been without clean drinking water for the past month now...repeated calls and chats to customer service is of no use at all!! Only promises and assurances are the only thing you get from them and no action whatsoever.No empathy for senior citizens like us .I will never recommend anyone to buy from Eureka Forbes as I had done a grave mistake buying one!!
Eurekha Forbes nova was bought & installed by our interior designer in our new flat in Febuary 2025 . The service engineer came to help us understand how to use the machine & when he checked the water he found harmful chemicals which should not be the case as the water coming out should be drinkable for human consumption. He warned us that we should not be drinking it as it’s harmful . I complained & also went to consumer forum & it seems like eurekha Forbes are not bothered as there is no response from them despite the seriousness of the complaint which reputed company should take action & restore the trust of the consumer. Please be careful while dealing with them as they do not live up to their reputation.
Extremely Poor Service – Legal Action NextI am beyond frustrated with Eureka Forbes. I purchased the Robo Floor Cleaner, and it stopped working in less than a month. Despite raising multiple complaints since the third week of April, no technician has visited, and not a single follow-up has been made. Their customer service is a complete sham — false promises, unreachable staff, and zero accountability.This is not just poor service; it is outright negligence. A company that claims to be “trusted” has shown total disregard for its customers. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action and escalate this to consumer forums.I strongly warn others: think twice before purchasing anything from Eureka Forbes. Their products are unreliable, and their after-sales service is non-existent. This experience has been stressful, costly, and a complete failure on their part.
Eureka Forbes LVAC VOICE PRO- Worst Product Supported by Pathetic Service:I have Purchased two Products together directly from Eureka Forbes in Oct'24 1. LVAC PRO and 2.FORBES SELECT WD X2 Vacuum Cleaner. During the Purchase, they showed tremendous promptness and my products were delivered immediately after booking.Within a few months, my agony started as the LVAC PRO started making lots of noise and most of its parts like the Garbage Collector Box which are so delicate (made of Plastic) that it started breaking. I lodged the Complaint in Eureka Forbes through the App on 11th April'24. The App itself is worthless because it does not show any current Status of the Complaint. After several follow-ups, the Technician visited my home and inspected the product. He said the Fan inside seems faulty and needs replacement. Since my product is under Warranty he said the Fan along with the Garbage Box will be replaced under warranty. He even called the Service Centre and said these spares were available and he would come the next day and fit it.For the last 41 days, we have been waiting eagerly for his arrival. Initially, the Technician was picking up my calls and was giving some excuse he is waiting for the Spare parts after a few days he completely stopped attending my calls. I even escalated the complaint on their WhatsApp Number on 6th May, but there was no response from anyone. I called their Call Center on the 8th, 15th, 21st and 22nd of May (5 Times), but despite getting repeated commitments from their Customer Care executives, that the Technician would surely visit the same day and resolve the problem, till today no one visited our home. In my last 2 calls, I had even spoken with their Supervisors and they assured me that they would resolve the complaint on the same day, no one visited or even called me once. I even insisted on speaking to their Service Manager, but the call was not forwarded by them.It seems they have imported these cheap products and have put Eureka Forbes Stickers on them and they do not have any spare parts available in their stock. Their technicians are also having Zero Technical knowledge of these products. Now we are completely frustrated with this Product. We gave preference to Eureka Forbes over MI and other Chinese Companies thinking of promoting the Made In India initiative of our Government and faith in Tata Group, but we were completely wrong!Now we want to return this Product and get 100% Refund of the purchase amount because we do not want to waste our time and energy on daily follow-ups with Eureka Forbes on this worst Product. We have suffered a lot because of these products and it was the Worst Service Experience we got from any reputed Company.
EUREKA FORBES - AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER - FRAUD AND BIGGEST SCAMWORST customer service and poor product quality. It has been 16-20 since I raised a complaint using the Eureka Forbes app and none of the technician visited the house to sort the issue.If they cannot KEEP THE PROMISE, it would be really better to SHUT DOWN THE ORGANIZATION rather than FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS.ULTIMATE FRAUD and DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT. THE AMC service SUCKS.GRAB MONEY FROM PEOPLE and DO NOT PROVIDE a QUALITY PRODUCTCUSTOMER CARE CALL CENTER provides CHEAP service making the customers WAIT for 1 HOUR ON CALL TO GET AN EXECUTIVE ASSIGNED.THIS ORGANIZATION JUST FOOLS AND IS THE BIGGEST SCAM TO HACK THE MONEY OF PEOPLE.DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF EUREKA FORBES. One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life. They have grown up and forgot their past. Utter worst service. I have requested for a reinstallation and waited for 15 days to get it done even after multiple calls, messages and emails. The sad part is that they give a date for tecnician visit and we need to chase them. The firm is not updated. I got a date 29th April for reinstallation. Even after 15 days of continuous follow up still in their system the date is not updated and showing 29th April itself. This is a machine which should provide Drinking water for the home. Unlike other products we cant wait for long days. All these days I have been purchasing mineral water. It is also a loss for me. At last today the technician visited and reinstalled device. By God's grace the guy is kind and good. I purchased adaptor few months back and now it got damaged. So I was forced to purchase a gold amc. Otherwise again I lose money. looting money through the technique of AMC and providing bulshit service. There are plenty of Good companies provides Better product and Best service. If you have complete trust and faith go with a Brand. Otherwise Never go with such a Brand.
