if there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I paid for the AMC for my Aquasure Prime UV+UF on 4th April 2025, and it's been over 10 days with no technician visit. I've called customer care and the technician multiple times, but either they don’t respond or keep repeating the same generic message with no action.This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially when the payment was made in advance. If Eureka Forbes cannot deliver basic service, they should not be selling AMCs. Very disappointed with the lack of response and accountability.I will be escalating this issue to consumer forums if it's not resolved immediately.
I would like to give zero stars 🌟 if I have an option! Strongly recommend for do not buy or get any services from them!! I would like to request to Amazon to remove from ur platform or else u will get bad reputation because of this type of services.. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
If there’s an option for zero then that’s the rating that I would give for ur stupid products and service.. the water filter is always a failure and every time u force to take AMC and since 15 days now, no one has attended the issue yet.. such bad product and customer service
I had purchased Forbes Maxx Vaccuum Cleaner (Product No. GFCDFFMAV00000) in June 24 and the product is still under warranty. On 27/03/25 i had put up a complaint (Complaint No. CM-270325-47692243). for the unit not working. I got multiples messages of the technician likely to visit my house for checking. I have followed up multiple times over the phone as well and promises given to send a tecnician. No one turned up in the last 1.5 months. Surprisingly i got a message to rate the service of the technician, despite of his "no visit". The Vaccuum cleaner is still in same condition.Very annoyed, dis-satisfied at the level of service being promised and delivered.I would not recommend anyone to buy Forbes vaccuum cleaner
I purchased a steam vacuum cleaner some 3 to4 years backThis product stopped functioning even before the expiry of the warranty periodSo the repaired it .Again next year there was sane issue abs year after year sane issue with same spares evertime after the warranty I had shed out the money to get it repaired .There was no one time solution to this issue.I was surprised to know the they do not have proper technicians in Ahmedabad to resolve this issueI went to level of thiet Zonal manger still nothing happened and finally they stand by saying it is out of warranty you need shed more money to get it repaired. Their R&D ,department is sleeping .They cannot find the real reason for the machine going off oftenVery pained and exhausted with these people I am fighting with these people from many years now .
