After taking amc on waterpurifier,they seem to have lost interest in servicing, each time they come to service their main objective is to suggest that machine has become old and spareparts are difficult to arrange and we should look at new water purifier.the buttons are not working on the purifier and they have been saying the buttons are not available and we should look at buying new machine, finally they had fixed it directly to the tap and control was through the tap and this was going on without any issue,we shifted our flat and we asked them to move it to the new flat, when the servicing people came,they said they could fix the buttons and it worked for a couple of days,after that it stopped working and we have complained about it but no reply whatsoever,we asked them to fix to tap directly like it was previously that also they are not doing. its been over 10 days without water and no reply on phone or no solution seen in near future.prem8590167462
I had purchased an Eureka Forbes - AQUAGUARD CHAMP RO+UV water purifier in January 2025.I am very disappointed with the way warranty services are being handled. At the time of purchase, I was assured of two free services under warranty, but no proactive scheduling was done. I had to raise a complaint myself before the first service visit was arranged.The second warranty service is still pending, yet after I paid for the AMC contract (even though my warranty is valid until January 2026), the company scheduled the first AMC service visit. This is completely unfair — AMC services should only begin after the warranty period ends.It feels like the company is more interested in collecting AMC money than honoring warranty commitments. Skipping warranty services and pushing AMC services in advance shows poor customer focus and lack of accountability.
We are having an Aquaguard N Rich green. We have been getting warm water from the dispenser. I have booked a ticket for the same on 05.10.2025. But while booking the ticket the option of Warm water being dispensed wasn't there. Hence I have selected "Water taste as the issue".Till today (08.10.2025) no service person visited not contacted me.I have been following up on WhatsApp and also called the Customer Service section. But yet the issue is not resolved. Feel very sad to write this here.
One of the worst customer-friendly companies I have ever seen. i have been booking for a service for the past 2 months, and still they haven't rectified it and no follow-ups from their site. never buy this shit and I reccomend kent much more than this
Eureka Forbes has absolutely poor after sales service. For days their service staff doesnt turn up. Visits with no knowledge. Holds you up for spare part unavailability. Tied up with some Disha Enterprises who does not respond to your calls. Very poor customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes’ customer service. I had purchased the WD X2 vacuum cleaner, and within just a short span of time, its cord developed a fault. Shockingly, the exact same issue had occurred just 6 months back, for which I had already spent around ₹2000/- on repairs. Now the same problem has repeated.I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve called the helpline and written emails. The only thing Eureka Forbes delivers on time is a standard copy-paste “we assure you” reply. No technician ever shows up, and there is absolutely no seriousness in resolving the issue.Eureka Forbes, once considered a trustworthy household brand, seems to have lost its reliability and customer focus. Their after-sales service is appalling, and this experience has completely eroded my trust in the company. This is not the Eureka Forbes I grew up trusting. The company seems to have vacuumed away its own values of reliability and service. Eureka Forbes has certainly lost a loyal customer in me.
