Extremely Disappointed with the Water Filter

I purchased a water filter from a company in February 2025, and after a few months, it began to malfunction. We filed a complaint with the service team, and a technician came, but after their visit, the machine was completely ruined. We lodged another complaint, and they informed us that some parts needed replacing. After a few weeks, they did replace the parts, yet the machine still didn't work. This has happened multiple times, and the machine remains non-functional. I must say, the quality of this product is very poor, and the company shows little regard for its customers. The support staff lacks knowledge and expertise. I advise against purchasing this machine; consider alternatives from other brands.

My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing.

My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing. My RO has been uninstalled for 7 days, and they haven’t taken any action. There are no updates, no visits, no timelines—nothing. Their customer care is either unreachable, or when I finally connect, the call quality is poor, and the representatives seem completely uninformed.
Due to receiving a defective RO, I have had to purchase drinking water for a week. It's frustrating to pay for an expensive appliance only to spend more on daily drinking water because the company can't provide basic service.
The level of irresponsibility and incompetence is truly shocking. Even the simplest tasks seem beyond their capabilities. There is a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.
I truly regret trusting this service. Purchasing their product was a major mistake, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you’re considering buying from them—don’t. Just don’t. And if you find yourself in a similar situation, file a complaint with the consumer forum, as that seems to be the only way to get their attention.
In summary: terrible service, terrible response, and a terrible customer experience.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service experience for my 8-month-old purifier.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service experience for my 8-month-old purifier. The technician displayed unprofessional behavior by using his mouth to blow into a connector tube while addressing the issue, which is entirely unhygienic. Additionally, he did not have the proper equipment. He charged ₹400 for a filter sponge replacement but refused to provide an invoice and did not present any official identification. I had previously given feedback, but no action was taken. When the issue arose again, the same technician was sent and arrived without the necessary spare parts. I expect much higher service standards and follow-up from a reputable brand.

Disappointing Warranty Service Experience

I purchased a water purifier in January 2025 and have been very dissatisfied with the handling of warranty services. At the time of purchase, I was promised two free services under warranty, but no proactive scheduling occurred. I had to file a complaint myself to get the first service visit arranged. The second warranty service is still outstanding, yet after I paid for the AMC contract (despite my warranty being valid until January 2026), the company scheduled the first AMC service visit. This is entirely unfair — AMC services should commence only after the warranty period concludes. It seems like the company is more focused on collecting AMC fees rather than fulfilling warranty obligations. Ignoring warranty services while prioritizing AMC services demonstrates a lack of customer consideration and accountability.

Fraudulent Practices and Poor Service

They are fraudulent! While their filters are indeed of good quality, the service is terrible. Spare parts are not available in the market, and you can only obtain them by booking an expensive service through them. The filters stop functioning after 6000L, even when they seem fine, and then they charge for replacements. The ongoing leaks are frustrating, and local technicians can't repair them as only the company can. The maintenance plans feel like a scam!

I had raised complaint…

I had raised complaint CM-110925-58625763 on 10th Sept. regarding the water taste issue after AMC renewal. That issue is still unresolved. The technician initially said the problem was fixed and the water taste would improve, but nothing changed.I raised another complaint via customer care on 18th Sept. The technician arrived at 5 PM instead of 11 AM (never on time), left the RO unit open with leakage, and said he would return the next day with a TDS meter. He never came back. Since then, the RO has been leaking continuously with a red blinking light—basically no filtered water at all.On 19th Sept. at 4:30 PM, I called him. His response: “The TDS meter is not in office, it will take another 3–4 days. Till then, tolerate without water and leakage.” This is unacceptable.I renewed my AMC on 31st July 2025, but instead of service, I am facing constant harassment and poor support. I am now demanding:Immediate refund of my AMC money.Take back your RO filter. I no longer want your pathetic service. For the record, I have been facing issues with Aquaguard for 6 years:First 3 years, I was wrongly advised by your technician to use a pump, which was replaced twice. I paid ₹9,500 for something that was not required at all, as the RO worked fine without it. This was a clear case of misleading and fooling the customer. Now, I strongly suspect that the filter installed after AMC renewal is either used or of cheap quality, because the water tastes like tap water at 100 TDS. Earlier, I maintained 120 TDS for 5 years and the water tasted good. This time again, Aquaguard has cheated me.I have repeatedly requested customer care to change the technician, but nothing has been done.

Transparency in AMC & After-Sales…

Transparency in AMC & After-Sales Service — My ExperienceI recently purchased an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for my RO from Eureka Forbes expecting clear coverage and predictable costs. Before the visit, customer care told me:> “Everything is covered under the AMC.”But during service, multiple items were suddenly marked “extra charge”, and no proper itemized printed bill was given. The bigger issue is systemic:For AMC, filters, or any spare — the response is always:> “Technician will confirm the price.”Different technicians quote different prices for the same filterOld filters are taken away even when customers pay for replacementsMotor repair may be covered, but replacement is not — which defeats the purpose of prepaid protectionAs customers, we deserve: ✅ Written coverage terms✅ Standardized spare pricing✅ Itemized printed bills✅ Transparency in part replacementSharing this as my personal experience so others can make informed decisions.

Eureka Forbes has the worst service…

Eureka Forbes has the worst service experience I’ve ever faced — no proper updates, no responsibility, and zero urgency. There is absolutely no proper escalation channel. Every time I try to get help, I’m pushed in circles with no resolution.Their service team is unprofessional and unresponsive — calls are ignored, commitments are never kept, and customers are left helpless. The lack of coordination and proper communication shows how broken their service system is.I have repeatedly asked for updates, but all I get are false promises and no action from Eureka Forbes. This level of negligence clearly shows that customer satisfaction is not their priority.Their after-sales support is extremely poor — delays, excuses, and no accountability for the product they took for repair.

Bought 3 Days Ago, Already Declared Out of Warranty – Shocked!

⭐ Rating: 1/5 (Would give -10 if possible)Extremely disappointed with Aquaguard and their worst-ever service. This is a clear case of false marketing, poor product quality, and cheating customers after sales.I purchased the Aquaguard Nova Stainless Steel (claimed 304 grade) just 3 days ago. On the website, they clearly advertise it as “Stainless Steel 304”, but nowhere on the product box, manual, or purifier body is it mentioned that it is actually 304 grade. From the look and feel, it is clearly not real 304 stainless steel. The overall build quality is very poor and light-weight, which itself raises a big doubt about the materials used.Next big issue is the water quality. Even after installing a brand-new purifier:- The output water smells bad- It feels like water is not getting filtered properly at allThis is completely unacceptable for a premium brand like Aquaguard. Now coming to the worst part – customer service:- I contacted customer care with a complaint.- They registered the complaint and closed it without even calling me.- When I called again, they shamelessly said the product is “out of warranty” — I bought it just 3 days ago!- After arguing, they re-registered the complaint again, but again no one contacted me.This is nothing but irresponsible service and harassment of customers. They are also doing false marketing everywhere:- Website shows “Mega Sediment Filter”, but in reality, it is ultra small- Claims don’t match the actual product- Misleading specifications just to trap customersI trusted Aquaguard thinking it’s a premium and reliable brand, but this experience has been a complete nightmare.False promises, worst water quality, fake marketing, and horrible after-sales service.⚠️ Strong Warning to New Buyers:Please don’t fall for Aquaguard’s false marketing. Don’t waste your hard-earned money and mental peace like I did. There are far better and more honest brands in the market. If Google allowed, I would definitely give -10 rating instead of 1.Absolutely NOT recommended.
