The customer service is really what I love the most. Rania was quick, efficient, super helpful and nice. I love that I did not have to wait u til the next day for an answer. I love the app. So easy to navigate amd sorted by different categories is so helpful. Products arrive in a timely manner and always great quality. Look forward to placing many more orders!
Im leaving a review for customer service only for right now. I placed my very first order on the 25th of Feb and waiting on my tracking number now before I place my second order. Meanwhile I had a couple questions and both times I reached out on " chat" they have responded very quickly and very informative..especially Rania. I will do another review once I get my actual order. However, so far id give them 5 stars on communication.
Ordered 22nd Feb. Factory re-opened 24th Feb due to New Year. Told shipping will be 3-5 working days. Now over 5 working days and no progress. Requested update and if not shipping now then please cancel. They will not cancel the order but cannot give me any update.very unhelpful and would not recommend anyone to deal with the company.I feel the positive reviews are planted as it seems delays in shipping are common and once they have your money they refuse to do anything.
I placed my order 1/30/2026, ordered was shipped prior to the Lunar New Year.. today is March 1, 2026 and I still waiting on my first order. I understand the shut for the new year, however I was told customs would start inspecting packages again on 2/22/2026 which was a week ago. I still have not received my first and probably only order, this is a very bad impression for a first time customer.
I am looking for packaging and had trouble logging in because I had an account, already, and did not remember how to log in. I received quick and efficient help from Edward. The selection seems pretty good and I will continue to peruse their selection. I'll update on shipping and the order process if I follow through with something from this store. But they have a lot of wholesale categories so even if I don't choose packaging, it also seems like a good spot for free gifts, giveaways, gift box items, and other supplies.
