This is a company that operates in the USA. The orders are filled in China from factories with which they do business directly. A drop-ship type business, but very legal.Prices are very reasonable and comparable to Alibaba wholesale pricing. Shipping can take some time to reach you, depending on the mode of transportation.I placed an order but did not receive it, so I cannot attest to the quality.Customer service is very quick to respond; however, you do seem to get different answers from different individuals. This can lead to confusion and frustration.I'm still awaiting a refund. They were trying to get me to accept various options, such as a discount on future orders or only 50% refund, but I would need to close my dispute with PayPal to receive it.There is something you need to know. If you close a dispute, you cannot reopen it if they fail to fulfill their agreement of repayment. Never close the dispute until you have gotten your refund. (VIA PayPal advice). Having said that, I did get my refund, it just took some time to process...
