The most applauding company I have ever dealt with.DO NOT USE THEM. After is abysmal.asking us to tamper with said solar system. Ignore E mails and say they don’t have complaints department! I fear it would be very large one if existed.
I had an issue setting up the software setting my battery to mains charge overnight. I contacted Evergen’s customer support service and within the hour had a reply from Taran with suggestions. When this didn’t quite work (My fault) I contacted them and again within the hour they had set up my system to suit my requirements from their end. Excellent, prompt and very helpful. Superb service.
