From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable.The installation itself was done to a very high standard, and they took real care to make sure everything was neat and tidy. What really stood out was how well they explained how the solar system works, along with a clear walkthrough of the app — making sure I fully understood how to monitor and get the best out of the system.Nothing felt rushed, and all my questions were answered clearly and patiently. Bernard and Liam gave excellent service today. Liam worked efficiently, quickly and tidily . Bernard explained the process at each step and asked if we were happy. He explained the app etc and was very tidy and efficient. Both Bernard and Liam were polite and respectful Good job
Carl and Josh were excellent and just got on with the job of fitting my six solar panel system. Very knowledgeable about the product and were adaptable to relocating the battery and inverter as the loft access wasn't big enough. Talked me through the app and how it worked. Also told me to keep the packaging in case of any issues further down the line which are quite large but can be stored in the garage.
From the initial visit from the very able and professional sales operative, to the delightful scaffolding duo, to the installation of 12 panels and 2 batteries, the process has been without fault.Even when on a sub zero morning, a van breaking down, they finished in the day.No mess, all explained so my wife understood it, I’m not an app person……They might be a bit more expensive than others, but you do get outstanding service and quality,I unreservedly recommend the operation, if it’s good enough for the Crown Estates, then it’s good enough for me.
Insisted my partner should be there at the initial survey even though the property belongs to me, then didn't turn up for the appointment. In response to reply from Evergen.I have checked for missed calls on my phone and there are non. I always have my phone with me.They probably didn't show as I told them the previous day when they called to confirm the appointment that I would not be signing up for anything at the appointment as would like to have time to digest the information and quote given by them.I had seen on other reviews that they try to pressure you to signing up there and then.
