The call handler Daniel Greenaway answered promptly even though the recorded message said call volumes were high!This young man was polite professional and patient and stayed on line (on a call back which he had promised and delivered) until we had solved the problem of a dongle on the inverter misbehaving. Whilst the Answer was the long standing one of taking the dongle out and reinstalling he talked me through it which gave me the confidence to do it safely as I was nervous of all the warning signs plastered on the inverter.Daniel thank you so much for helping a very elderly person achieve a big win today.If it were down to me I would award you a raise or bonus or promotion or all three!
I am truly chuffed with what an amazing experience Evergen has given us and this last 2weeks dealing with Anila has endorsed that experience - from losing my app connection because I recently switched to Vodafone broadband etc to having Anila recognise my problem and order a new datalogger and then remotely guiding me to installing it into the inverter and then connecting to wi-fi and I am now all set up and my app works a treat - thank you so very much Anila and for your happy personality which made the encounter all the more comfortable - you've done a marvelous job so thank you again
