Really poor service don’t even recommend anyone with this company.Received the paperwork only after one year lost the grid money because of their delay. Asked them for an upgrade for battery. Quoted me £5000 just for the batteries and they told me I can’t use the existing battery because they can’t connect with the new batteries. Either I need to give them that battery for £250 or I can keep it but it can’t be used. Really frustrating won’t recommend to any one. Such a poor customer service.
I contacted Evergen about a potential fault with my battery.Daniel came back to me within the day.I only gave 4 stars because the issue is not resolved.However I have been kept informed about progress and I look forward to the engineers coming to rectify the fault in the next couple of weeks.
Recently had solar panels fitted, from the start things went fairly smoothly. After the consultation we disccussed finance options and Evergen was more than happy to help. In the end we ended up getting these fitted for a great discounted price from the original quote as we was thinking of cancelling, evergen reassured me on the disscounted price etc so we was then happy to continue. On the installation date they worked around us making work commitments doable.Scaffolding wemt up and the next day the Installation went ahead, which went great no problems.However once the installation was complete we then had to wait a few weeks for scaffolding to be taken down, which didnt really bother me. What pissed me off is the scaffolding company they use damaged my rendered wall which i specifically mentioned dont want any damage caused to the outside wall.Sent photos in clearly showing the damage before and after, scaffolding firm denied any wrong doings f@*#ing rookies. Evergen then wouldn't take it further with that rogue scaf company. So now im left to pay for the damage caused to the render that they caused greatish start, scaffolding company let them down
While trying to fill in details for my energy supplier I could not find the details they were asking for. I contacted Evergen regarding certificate numbers ie mpan,mcs,dno for my energy supplier. A young man called Daniel took my call and was very helpful and quickly sent an email with the details I required.I have contacted Evergen a couple of times first time I talked to Yuesf and have been impressed with there knowledge and helpfulness
Fitters arrived on time and despite the scaffolders not turning up, assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and they could still get the panels fitted. Scott and Andy worked non stop until the job was complete. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Cannot fault them
