We had two gentalmen come to our house today to set up our solar pannels. They were on time very polite and tidy.bernard and liam thankyou for what you did today and showing us how to use it. I would highly recomend both of them and have no problem having them round again.

Poor communication. They setup the inverter testing without any explanation. I suspect the inverter has got a secret software to keep taken electricity from the grid. Lots of problems like inverter self changing the time zone, etc. Staff doesn’t have a clue what is going on 🙈.
We had solar panels fitted recently with Evergen. The fitting went well but the third party scaffolding company they contracted have disappeared and the scaffolding is still up 6 weeks later. We have contacted Evergen to arrange to have the scaffolding removed but have not received much help. The scaffolding is obstructing the neighbours parking space and is now creating a huge inconvenience. We have contacted Evergen so many times but still no resolve. I regret going with the company. It appears once they receive payment for the job they distance themselves from customer concerns like removing scaffolding. Evergen has contracted this vendor so should be accountable for removing the scaffolding in a timely manner. There was no contact details provided by the scaffolding company. When you call Evergen they ask if you contacted them and they don’t provide details. This suggests they may not be able to get in contact with them either. It is so exasperating. I am beginning to doubt Evergen’s claim of being a reputable company if they are hiring unprofessional individuals to provide scaffolding in an attempt to cut down their operating costs. If you decide to go with Evergen, I suggest you release the payment for the sola panels once the scaffolding is removed.
As a new customer I always need help and information . Yousuf is the name of a person he helps a lot. I Was very upset and disappointed with the company I was getting Gas/ Electricity and I instead solar panels from EVERGEN SOLAR on 22 July From that till today my supplier of energy didn’t help me but each time when I called to evergen solar they help me.But this time when I was very upset Yousuf help me and guide me and email documents which I already received and emailed to my energy supplier but unfortunately they don’t help me but other side Mr Yousuf help me God bless him what I believe Yousuf is a golden asset for average solar thanks again Yousuf and also Danial both help me thanks again both of you
On first impressions an excellent system and the service was second to none. Great communication and did everything they said they would do when they they said they would do it. That's refreshing in this day and age. Special mention to Anthony and George, our installers, who were polite and friendly and went the extra yards to ensure a good installation. Also, great communication from Mike & Yousuf on the telephone.
