Nisar at Evergen provided great early analysis of the benefits and thereafter assistance with the planning application. Evergen were also very understanding in delaying / co ordinating installation to a date where I was sure I would be in the house. They worked very co operatively with me to ensure the location of the battery pack and related wiring were completed neatly and as much out of view as possible. I phoned to ask help for documents that I really needed for my conveyancer concerning solar panels. I spoke to Taran and he was just amazingly helpful in providing me with the documents that I needed. What made me more grateful is that my solar panels were installed in 2018, which was a while back, so he managed to still find the documents that I needed, the certificates and most importantly the invoice that my husband and I owned the solar panels. He was patient in listening and I cannot recommend Evergen enough! Many thanks!
This review is specifically about my experience with Shafaq Ahmed who was my first point of contact with Evergen Solar he gave a very detailed description and explanation of the panels and told us everything we needed to know and said if there was anything we needed help with we had his number he has since helped with questions we had with changing suppliers etc so very happy with his ongoing service
I was contacted by Evergen about fitting solar panels to my roof, and from start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Vincenzo came out to see me and explained everything clearly, answering all my questions and making the whole process easy to understand.The following week Love scaffolding went up, and then George and Anthony arrived the next day to fit the panels. They were both very professional and explained what they were doing as they went along. The installation itself only took half a morning, which really surprised me, and it caused very little disruption to my day. The scaffolding was taken down just two days later.I’m extremely impressed with the service and how smoothly everything was organised. Now that That Bl**dy Trump has taken us war and the fuel cost have gone through the roof I’m really glad I decided to have solar panels installed. With energy prices constantly rising, it feels like a very sensible decision.Overall, Evergen did a fantastic job – professional, efficient, and very easy to deal with. I’d happily recommend them to anyone considering solar panels.
