I have a 5 vehicle family fleet. We are spread out over 3 states and I love that all Express Oil change locations are networked together, so when any of my vehicles need services, no matter where the vehicle is, the shop has all records of past services. Today we had my 2014 GMC Yukon XL’s front end serviced. John and Sammy were awesome. They explained exactly what was needed and performed the services that day.
I called them today to see what they would charge to change the oil and fuel filters in a 2015 F350 6.7 diesel. I already have the oil and filters and they told me $190.99 just for the labor. I went across the street from them and got it done for $40.30. They want have to worry about me calling them again.
The shop on Culebra and Westwood San Antonio Texas has shown its racist and discriminatory behavior. They refused to honor their agreement even though their website clearly states that their new tires come with warranty. I went to this shop haven purchased a tire 4 months ago and it had caught a nail. The manager was extremely disrespectful. I think he thought I was looking for a freebie. No sir, you warranted your service. I complained to him about his refusal to honor the warranty and he started making it about him. That I was rude and he had nothing to do with a previous manager that was no longer there. I’m not sure whatever happened to customer service but it’s no longer there. The man gaslighted me , with every statement I made, he made it about him, I don’t see why I should reassure him that I came to get my tire fixed and it’s not about him. I have been here many times in the past and they were very friendly , unfortunately, it’s now being run by sociopaths.
I went to Express Oil Change in Kansas City Mo on N Oak Traffic Way. Last minute it was a half hour before closing. I needed an oil change and tire rotation as I was going out of town. Tucker and Thomas were great and got everything done and out of there for in no time. Great people and didn’t push anything more than I wanted. Than you Tucker and Thomas.
We visited the location at 1538 Eatonton Road, Madison, GA on Saturday, October 5 and had our car serviced by David Finn. His thoroughness and expertise was impressive. He is truly an asset to your company. We will continue to use this location because of him. Never experienced a more complete and satisfactory oil change and check up. So glad we found this location.
NO STARS FROM ME. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL. I TRUSTED THIS PLACE TO REPLACE MY FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS ON 4/2022 FOR $355.14 . I WENT BACK UP TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT CAUSE MY BRAKES WERE SQUEALING LOUDLY. THE GUY SAID THAT IT WAS THE FRONT BRAKE PADS THAT WERE SQUEALING I SAID I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD THEM FOR A YEAR HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND I PROCEEDED TO ASK SO WHAT DO I DO NOW THIS MAN TELLS ME TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE PLACE THAT PUT THEM ON. I TOLD HIM THAT THEY WERE THE ONES THAT PUT THEM ON AND HE LOOKED AT ME LIKE “WE DID?” SO THEY DID WHATEVER THEY NEEDED TO DO TO KEEP IT FROM SQUEALING. FAST FORWARD IM STILL SQUEALING SO I TAKE IT BACK UP THERE ON 3/2023 THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS THEN TIME FOR ME TO REPLACE MY REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS IN WHICH I DID FOR $437.82 . (THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $20 FOR A INSPECTION FEE) 6/2023 I CAME BACK UP TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT DUE TO SQUEALING AGAIN! OHHHH THIS TIME I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY FRONT CALIBER AND WHEN YOU REPLACE ONE THEY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU REPLACE BOTH…. SO LIKE A DUMMY I TRUSTED THEM ONCE AGAIN AND I REPLACED BOTH FRONT CALIBERS FOR $612.12 . I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT OVER 12 TIMES FOR MY BRAKES SQUEALING AND EVERY TIME I COME UP HERE ITS EITHER THE FRONT OR THE BACK BRAKES WHICHEVER THEY FEEL LIKE GUESSING AT THE TIME. THEY HAVE WARRANTIED OUT MY FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS AT LEAST TWO TIMES EACH… THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO PURCHASE NISSAN BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS ON MY VEHICLE. THAT DID NOT WORK. MY VEHICLE IS STILL SQUEALING. I CAME BACK UP TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND THEY WARRANTIED THEM OUT ONCE AGAIN!! AT THIS PONT I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND CAME TO MY SENSES TO ASK FOR A CLAIM CAUSE ITS PRETTY OBVIOUS THAT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING OR THEY'RE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF CAUSE IM A WOMAN. I THOUGHT I WAS STARTING MY CLAIM PROCESS UNTILL I HAD TO CALL TWICE TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY CLAIM. LONG STORY SHORT WHEN I CALLED THE SECOND TIME THEY NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY “LOST MY PAPERWORK” DUE TO A MANAGEMENT CHANGE AND WAS WAITING FOR ME TO CALL IN…. NOT EVEN TWO HOURS LATER I GET A CALL FROM **JAMES GIVENS** THE NEW MANAGER FROM THE MILGEN LOCATION. HE WANTED ME TO COME IN FOR THE 56TH TIME TO SEE WHY IT WAS SQUEALING. I TOLD HIM ABSOLUTELY NOT I BEEN UP THERE WAY TO MANY TIMES AND IM TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME, IM OVER IT AND THAT I WANTED MY CLAIM SO THAT I COULD TAKE MY CAR ELSEWHERE. HE EXPLAINED THAT THIS LOCATION WAS NOT DOCUMENTING OR DIAGNOSING CORRECTLY. THIS LOCATION WAS NOT DOCUMENTING IN DETAIL EVERY TIME I CAME UP HERE WHY MY BRAKES WERE SQUEALING AND WHAT THEY DID FOR ME AT THAT TIME. JAMES GIVENS ALSO TOLD ME THAT WHEN I CAME IN JUST TO CALL HIM SO THAT I WON’T HAVE TO WAIT. SO BASICALLY HE WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY CLAIM UNTIL I CAME INTO THE STORE ONCE AGAIN!!!!!! I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS SO I INFORMED HIM THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CALL HIM BACK CAUSE THIS WAS RIDICULOUS. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY I CALLED HIM THURSDAY TO LET HIM KNOW I WAS COMING IN ON FRIDAY. I CAME IN GAVE HIM MY KEYS AND HE NOTIFIED ME THAT IT WILL BE 45MINS-1HR….. THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS DISCUSSED ON THE PHONE BUT WHATEVER. I WAITED AND HE INFORMED ME THAT I DRIVE MY VEHICLE TO “CAUTIOUSLY”???? WHICH IS CAUSING MY BRAKES TO HAVE SOOOO MUCH DUST ON THEM. MIND YOU I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH MY OTHER VEHICLE AND I STILL DRIVE THE SAME. HE SHOWED ME THE DUST ON MY BRAKES. HE INFORMED ME THAT CAR WASHES ARE BAD FOR BRAKES DUE TO THE TIRE SHINE… LOL I DONT GET TIRE SHINE BUT OKAY JAMES. HE ALSO INFORMED ME TO SLAM ON MY BRAKES EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE BECAUSE “ITS GOOD FOR YOUR BRAKES” HMMMM IDK ABOUT THAT BUT OKAY JAMES. I SHOWED HIM A PICTURE OF MY BEFORE CALIBERS THAT THEY SUCKERED ME INTO BUYING. HE WENT TO GO GET ANOTHER “MANAGER” SO THAT THEY BOTH COULD COME UP WITH A LIE TO GIVE ME. SOMEHOW WE GOT OFF THE TOPIC OF MY CALIBERS AND HE STARTED TALKING ABOUT OTHER STUFF WITH MY CAR…. I DIDNT COME HERE FOR ALL THAT. THIS IS WHERE I GET REAL UPSET…. I SAID WHAT IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IS WHY DID YALL HAVE ME REPLACE MY CALIBERS IF MY BRAKES SQUEALING IS “BRAKE DUST” I KID YOU NOT JAMES GIVENS SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND SAID IDK. THEREFORE YALL HAD ME REPLACE MY CALIBERS FOR NO ABSOLUTE REASON YALL ARE A RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!!!! “IDK” IS NOT AN ANSWER. I WENT OFF CAUSE I WAS FED UP AND NO I DO NOT FEEL BAD FOR GOING OFF ON THEM…. THEY DIDN'T FEEL BAD FOR ME WASTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM. I DONT TRUST THEM TO DO ANY MECHANIC WORK. THEY CANT EVEN DO THE BARE MINIMUM. HOW PATHETIC!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY WITH THIS SORRY LOCATION. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO BASIC WORK THEN CLOSE THIS MF DOWN!!!!!! FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS= $355.14REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS= $437.82FRONT CALIBER(S)= $612.12 TOTAL= $1,405.08
