I visited Express Oil Change on 9707 N Sam Houston Pkwy E in Humble. What a great experience! I was next door on an appt and my battery died. They were recommended by my doctor so I called them. They walked over with a jumper kit to start my car. They checked the battery and it had a bad cell but since I bought it somewhere else and it had a warranty on it they suggested I take it back there. They charged it for me and took it for a test run to make sure all was good. They did not charge me anything for their time! They were extremely helpful, courteous with the best customer service! I now know why my doctor's office recommended them. Thank you guys for your help! You saved the day and I am so grateful! If I lived in Humble I would not hesitate to take my car to you!! Highly recommend this place!
We were in Tennessee on vacation and needed an oil change. I checked the ratings and prices of a few places in town and decided to go with Express Oil Change. From the minute I pulled onto the property, I was treated like a million dollars. The technician went through their options with me and I decided on a full synthetic oil change. While changing the oil, one of the technicians noted that the oil drain plug was not even finger tight and made sure that I was informed of that. I had my oil changed previously at a place in my hometown, which definitely won't happen again. The employees were fast, friendly, and professional. Never tried to upsell me or suggest things my car did not need. I highly recommend this place!
