Today at express oil change Mr.Larry Thomas went out of his way to assist me and get me back on the road safely. I came in needing a tire replaced but was informed that all 4 needed replaced. Unbeknownst to me and short of pocket, I was assisted flawlessly and sent back on my way shortly after arriving. Would Highly recommend stopping in. Thank you Mr.Larry Thomas!!
As soon as I pulled into the line to get my oil changed on 9/11/2025I was greeted by a friendly young lady. After a short while, a nice man approached my vehicle and told me it would be just a few more minutes. When it was my turn, I was greeted by Lamonte. He was professional and friendly. We take both our vehicles there for maintenance. He found our account and verified what I wanted. He stayed busy the entire time my vehicle was in their shop. It was not long before he had me back on the road. I was their last customer of the day. It was still blistering hot outside. Not 1 time did I see any of their staff appear less than happy and full of energy to get their work done. We buy our batteries from them and don't go anywhere else for our car and truck needs. Do I recommend Express Oil Change? Yes! They have an incredible staff.
I had met with Rob this morning needing an oil change, brake fluid top off and 4 new tires. The initial estimate was a bit more than expected- he was able to help me hit my target budget within $20. Ok’d the work & Patrick did my wheels and brakes Nicole my oil change. It was done before promised without any surprise add ons. 10/10 customer service
This is my second time dealing with Lucas and he is a wonderful asset to your company. He not only knows tires he also diagnosed and fixed faulty plugs on the 6 and 8th cylinder. This guy knows his stuff and he really does a fantastic job. I would recommend him highly to anyone with auto or truck mechanical and tire problems.
I can't say enough how much I appreciate the guys at the Oak Mountain hwy 119 store I admit that I know nothing about automotive needs, but after my husband died I have to take care of the car. When I took my car in for an oil change and since then other needs, the guys were so understanding and kind. They were so helpful and honest, and I trust them completely. Thank you again guys.
