I purchased 4 Goodyear tires today. Customer Service was fantastic! Josh the manager and Zachary were very polite and very knowledgeable. All of the employees were great! I just don’t remember all their names. I will definitely be going back there for my oil changes and vehicle needs.

Quick, Polite, and Professional

Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers was the only place that was open on Labor day out of the 4 places I called. Jordan was very polite and professional. It took Jordan only minutes to change my oil and do his post light inspection.

OIL CHANCE 316 Fieldstown Rd Gardendale AL

I visited the Express Oil 316 fieldstown Rd Gardendale Al. for an Oil Change.They change my oil and oil filter everything went well.I drove back to my house and parked the car in Garage.The next morning I pulled the car out and there was oil spots in my garage.I drove back to Express Oil and advised them .I spoke with (Travis) he stated we will fix the problem.He changed the oil again new oil plug and new filter.I left the Express Oil not knowing if it was really fixed.IT WAS FIXED TRAVIS DID GREAT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE. Thank You Travis for making it right

Wayne was excellent

Wayne was excellent. They were running slow so I had waited for a bit. He worked two cars at one time. My brake light bulbs had recently gone out, and gotten bulbs but not the tool yet. He replaced, well attempted sylvania listed the wrong bulb for my car. Express only had one of the type my vehicle actually used. So he replaced the one and didn’t charge me for it. I was able to get the other replaced myself after his help.
