I've been to this Express Oil location twice now, and both times they've been absolutely awesome. The first time, I had a damaged hose that needed to be replaced. While waiting on the part to ship, they helped me with a short-term fix so I could keep driving safely—something not every shop would be willing to do.I like to take care of what I can on my car and leave the bigger jobs to the professionals. Most recently, I had an ignition coil get stuck in the cylinder. I towed the car to their shop, and they took a look right away. Within 10 minutes, they had it resolved and didn’t even charge me for their time. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare.Their pricing is always fair, they stand by their work, and they give realistic estimates on how long a job will take. In an area where it can be tough to find a trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend this location. These guys are the real deal.
I came in for an oil change and was told that my oil still looked good for about another 1000 miles. I think any other place would have just done the oil change and and got my money. Awesome service, friendly and thoughtful staff. The whole team is good about making recommendations in helpful ways. They never do it in a way that makes a minor recommendation seem urgent but when something is urgent, they do a great job explaining why it needs immediate attention. I trust Brandon and his team. In fact, when I gave my 16 year old daughter a car, the first thing I did was have them check it out. Again, I trust them.
