Review Time
I must say this was the best visit so far. It would have been a 5 but I am still harboring feelings from previous visits. Bob was great. He explained everything to me without just telling me I need it. He was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. Although it was just an oil change, I didn't feel rushed. Thank you Bob for allowing me to trust Express Oil again.
Jameel and Marvin displayed exceptional customer service. I pulled up 15 minutes before closing time and they treated me like I was the first customer of the day. They were very kind, pleasant and concern. They didn't know this, but I just lost my dad and I'm planning his funeral. They made me laugh from the time I pulled in until the time I pulled out. I needed that. This is my second time here and both times I've had such pleasant experiences. I will most definitely be back for more exceptional customer service. Jameel and Marvin you rock!!!
Was told by the mechanic that it would take less than a half hour to change a coolant hose that had busted. My son and I went and ran some errands. We came back three hours later and he still hadn’t started on my car. On top of it I watched him walk out to his car and leave. I went in to find out what was going on and no one had any idea.
