Ian was a fantastic tech. He was super personable and very professional. He explained all that was being done and didn’t try to sell me anything or make me feel like I had to purchase extra services. I always get my oil changed here and I have ALWAYS received excellent service and car care. I’ll definitely be back!!!!
Very fast service!! I was greeted right away as soon as I pulled up. Sebastian was the guy taking care of me. He did such an amazing job and very kind. The oil change was done within 10-15 mins. Everyone was so nice and had smiles a very friendly place to come to and help you with whatever you need.
I had my oil changed at Express Oil at 2569 Hillsboro Blvd. Manchester, Tn. and what a pleasure it was! Yovany took the time to answer all my questions and it was an absolutely awesome experience! We need more people in customer service like him who care about our auto needs. I'm so glad to have you guys in my neighborhood. Went to the Summerville location today. Had been to 2 other places that either didn't have the oil (Take 5) or they dont work on Audis (Jiffy Lube). Trey was the person I dealt with at the window. He was so courteous, explained everything as it was being done. Went out of his way to help me reset the oil change light as it was being difficult. He stayed with it and got it done. This was an outstanding experience and I will be going there for all my Car care needs.
Best service I’ve had from this location. I’m from Memphis Tn and I’ve been going to express oil In Millington Tn I was over Needed an oil change so I stopped by this location. Express Oil Change Technician Melvin of the Richmond Hill, GA store was an outstanding technician that provided excellent in his quality of service, professionalism and recommend to proper services that I needed for my vehicle.
