Review Time
I had the worst experience with Express Oil Change - 1603, Montgomery, AL today. Customer Service was awful. I went in for a normally 10 min oil change but stayed over 40 min. Other cars that arrived after me was in and out and I was still waiting. I advised Marvin of the situation and he was unapologetic and nonchalant. I was finally changed to another service bay where Chris changed my oil. Chris was friendly, and understanding. However, after getting the oil change, Marvin accepted my payment. He did not offer me a discount, nor did he acknowlege that today (Tuesday) is "Ladies day special." I had to advise him that I had a coupon. He did not apologize for the long wait and inconvience. My experience today was unacceptable.
With the cold weather my low tire pressure alert came on for all 4 tires. I immediately went in without an appointment and was met by 4 very friendly and professional technicians who put the correct amount of air in each tire and got me on my way within 5 minutes at no charge. All my service performed by Express Oil Change has always been A+.
Bartley and Ethan did an amazing job repairing my lightbulb in my car today it was a headlight and I had bought it somewhere else and I needed it installed, and they went above and beyond to install the lightbulb and get it all set up the way it needed to be perfectly. they understood that I could not do this and they went above and beyond.
From the moment I pulled into the bay for my service to the moment I checked out, I received the highest quality of service. Every service person I came into contact with during my appointment was delightful. Specifically want to give a shout out to Wayne Sorensen, Service Manager, for his genuine support and commitment to ensuring they were able to prove the service I needed. I highly recommend the location at 1260 Koger Center Blvd Midlothian VA!
I had no oil leaked from my truck for nine years. But after one simple oil change from your Hattiesburg location. And now I have a leak and it has stained the garage floor on my new construction home. This info will be posted daily on social media sites.
I had an outstanding experience at Express Oil Change! I arrived without an appointment on a Friday afternoon to get my daughter’s tire plugged. I asked how long it would take, and Wesley told me they’d have it done in 15–20 minutes. True to his word, Wesley brought the car around within the promised time, giving me just enough time to return my daughter’s car, grab mine, and still make it to my 4:30 appointment.This is the second time Wesley has helped me within the past week or two, and both times he has been incredibly pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. His customer service is exceptional, and experiences like this is exactly why I decided to come back to see him today. Highly recommend!
