I could not recommend the store in Portsmouth Ohio. I went there for an alignment. I was told the service takes about an hour to an hour and a half. It was 3:15 and I was told the vehicle would be ready to pick up at 5:00. When I return at 5:00 my vehicle had not moved. After about 10 minutes, I was told the there was someone in front of me and he didn’t realize it. So then the manager comes to talk to me and I may have dropped a few curse words and of course his virgin ears were offended so he points out to me that he doesn’t want to have a conversation if I’m going to curse. Meanwhile, I done heard more F bombs coming from their service techs that were talking together by the bay door that was open. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have checked on the vehicle during the service since my van had not moved. I left the site when they gave me a pickup time. Ultimately they offered to have me return for service the following day. I won’t be back.
