STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS you sit in your car while the employees yell insults back and forth using extremely vulgar language. I would hope to think this is NOT the intended business model rather bad actors as the cat is away!You need to fully investigate the behavior and individuals working at the Ford Ave location in Richmond Hill, GaPlease don’t send me a link to reach back out to you. It’s a passive aggressive move that puts the burden back on the customer who is already having a poor experience with your company!
I was traveling and noticed a strange noise coming from one of my rear tires. I stopped into this Express Oil to see if they could check for any problems. While I was there, William, also noticed my oil change was overdue while checking the other fluids. Turns out my tires had begun to "chop" as he described it to me. William was able to get the tires on and the oil change completed and get me back on my way. So thankful there are still people like him in the world.
It was near closing time when I frantically pulled into Express. My garage had a pool of oil and car had a burnt smell. They discovered that my oil filter had come loose and that was the problem. Matt, Alex, and Kevin were the nicest people to help me. Janet White
